Shipping

Every order ships free. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched in 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking by email once your set is on its way.

If something isn’t right

Your vow books are a keepsake, and we want them to arrive perfect. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or doesn’t turn up, email us at hello@vowandpaper.com with your order details and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
