What is a vow book?
A vow book is a small keepsake booklet you write your wedding vows in and hold during the ceremony — instead of reading from your phone or a folded scrap of paper. Vow & Paper makes them as a matching set of two — not his and hers, both books simply read “Vows” — that photographs beautifully and lasts long after the day.
What's included in The Vow Book set?
Each order is a matching set of two vow books — both simply titled “Vows,” never his and hers — with a gold-foil title, lined pages, a rubberized matte cover, a personalizable first page, and a keepsake box to store them in.
How much does it cost?
The Vow Book — a set of 2 — is $29, and shipping is free.
How fast do the vow books ship, and will they arrive in time?
Orders ship in 2–3 business days with free shipping to the United States and Canada. If you're close to your wedding date and want to confirm timing, email hello@vowandpaper.com before you order and we'll help.

How big are the books — do they fit in a jacket pocket?
Yes. The books are made to be pocket-fit, so they slip easily into a suit jacket pocket and stay unobtrusive during the ceremony.
Do I write my vows by hand?
Yes — the pages are lined and easy to write in, with a personalizable first page for a dedication. You handwrite your vows so the book stays personal and keepsake-worthy.
Is the Vow Builder free, and do I have to buy the books to use it?
The Vow Builder is completely free and you don't have to buy anything to use it. It's a guided tool that helps you write a heartfelt first draft in about 15 minutes and download it as a polished PDF. Many couples use it and then order the books to write their final vows in.
How does the Vow Builder work?
You answer a few thoughtful prompts about your story and your partner, choose a tone and length, and the builder shapes a first draft you can refine together — then emails you a polished PDF to keep.
Who makes Vow & Paper?
Vow & Paper is a female-owned, Denver-based small business founded by Lauren, who started it after seeing too many couples read their vows from phone screens and crumpled paper.
