Privacy Policy

Vow & Paper (“we,” “us”) makes and sells keepsake vow books. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@vowandpaper.com.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, shipping address, and phone number, collected during checkout so we can fulfill and ship your order.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Vow Builder submissions — if you use the free Vow Builder and ask us to email your draft, we use your email address to send the PDF. Your draft is rendered into that PDF and is not sold or shared.
• Partner Collective accounts — if you join as an affiliate, we store your email and payout details (via Stripe Connect) to track referrals and pay commissions.
• Usage & analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. A referral cookie (vp_ref) is set for up to 30 days when you arrive through a partner link, so the partner is credited if you order.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, respond to your messages, deliver the Vow Builder PDF you request, run the Partner Collective, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments and partner payouts), our fulfillment partner (to ship your order), Supabase (our database), Resend (transactional email), and Google Analytics. Each processes your information on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@vowandpaper.com. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
